1. Centrally Placed Profiles

Perfect for internal placement between two concrete pours.

🔹 Internal Expansion Joints (IEJ)

  • For expansion/contraction joints

  • Available in 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 330 mm

  • With reinforced eyeleted flanges

🔹 Internal Construction Joints (ICJ)

  • Designed for construction/contraction joints

  • Includes grout check fins to avoid grout loss

Best suited for basements, slabs & foundations.

🔩 Installation Instructions

For Centrally Placed Profiles:

  • Tie eyeleted flanges to rebar using binding wire

  • Ensure waterstop is centered and held firm before concrete pour

  • Compact concrete properly around profile

For Externally Placed Profiles:

  • Lay directly on blinding concrete or nail to vertical formwork

  • Ensure full contact and alignment along joint line

  • Use HYDRO-STOP Heat Welding Kits

  • Clean, cut, and align both ends in welding jig

  • Heat with electric blade → press → cool → done!
